Umetniška upodobitev rdeče pritlikavke, najbolj razširjene vrste zvezd v zvezdnem sosedstvu Sonca

Seznam najbližjih zvezd glede na Sonce, oziroma Zemljo. Seznam je urejen po naraščajoči oddaljenosti do največ 5 parsekov (16,308 svetlobnih let). Vključno z Osončjem je trenutno znanih 50 zvezdnih sistemov, ki ležijo v tem krogelnem območju. V teh sistemih je skupaj 65 znanih zvezd in 4 znane rjave pritlikavke. Od tega je ena zvezda Sončev dvojček, ena Sončev analogon, štiri bele in 50 rdečih pritlikavk.

Zvezde in rjave pritlikavke z navideznim sijem večjim od 6,5m in, ki jih zaradi tega ne moremo opazovati s prostim očesom,[1] so prikazane v praškasto modri. Spektralni razredi zvezd in rjavih pritlikavk so prikazani v barvi njihovega spektralnega razreda. Te barve so izvedene iz dogovorjenih imen za spektralne razrede in ne nakazujejo opazovanih barv zvezd. Nekatere paralakse in razdalje so merili v Research Consortium on Nearby Stars (RECONS) in predstavljajo le trenutne vrednosti.[2]
